The Solution
Barrister chambers operate as a collective of individual operators, so it can be a challenge to manage all the stakeholders and achieve consensus on strategy and design decisions. Fortunately we had an advocate in Kt, who took a temporary role as Director of Marketing and helped with communication and planning for the project.
Branding was the initial focus. We aimed to make this an evolution rather than a revolution. A cleaner identity was arrived at, and applied throughout the firm’s touchpoints.
We engaged with a core of representative stakeholders to iterate through the site information architecture, wireframes, and visual designs, before any code was produced.
The website was rebuilt from the ground up. Barrister profiles are interlinked with their practice areas and publications, and all content is easily managed in-house using the highly-customised WordPress backend.
The new site performs better in search, with better user experience and improved engagement.
We are also helping with printed collateral, email newsletter and internal email bulletin systems.
